ASC Advisory Service

The ASC Advisory Teacher Team is more usually known as the Swindon Autism Support Service (SASS).

It aims to support schools and other educational settings develop their capacity to meet the needs of children and young people affected by social communication and interaction difficulty including autism.

In particular pupils and students can be referred to SASS for specific advice and guidance around meeting presenting SCID related needs and behaviours and SASS team members will also contribute to statutory assessment processes (EHCP).
