Welcome to ARC
ARC - Aspire, Restore, Celebrate
What is ARC?
ARC offers an enhanced programme of social communication support including sensory and emotional regulation/understanding with a child centred holistic approach delivered by an experienced team of ARC staff for Children and Young People between the ages of 4 and 19. These will be children and young people with a need for support around Social Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SCID), who may or may not have a diagnosis. The children and young people may be on a reduced timetable or undergoing gradual integration/re-integration to school. The children and young people may find accessing or functioning in mainstream/neuro-typical lessons tricky or are perhaps at risk of exclusion. Our aim is to support schools in the ability to meet the children and young people’s needs and positively work on maintaining a successful learning placement.
